Very happy however a few nuvi glitches
I did my homework before buying my first Garmin nuvi 260W unit. I did not scarcity nor require the top of line units with all the bells also whistles. I had rented a bond of cars with gps units also found out which i liked also which i didn’t like. First off, do not but a little unit outdoors the theme to speech feature. Without that feature the unit will separate you that your turn is approaching but not the name of the street. The theme to speech feature will speak the name of the street that you require to turn on. This feature is a must have. Without it you will staring at the screen standing for the update to visit if you are nearing your turn. With that feature you can listen outdoors the require to be looking at the screen. The wide face is mere informal to visit. I knew that it did not come with a carrying matter but since it never leaves my car that was no important deal. I in addition bought the bean bag holder also i have not even used the suction cup. I was warned that thieves may target cars with a suction cup circle on the windshield in the same way they assume that the unit is in the car. I stow the unit in my center comfort when not in exploited also settle the bean bag underneath the seat. This unit starts up in about 30 seconds also i have not opened the user manual once. It is very informal to exploited right out of the box. If you are looking for one easy, accurate gps that is a mere generous pick.
