We finally replaced one old projection large screen tv with this lg. We had admired my mother’s lg, so thought this single would be okay. We checked out all the other brands placed at the “big box” stores, and for the price, lg came out on top. The movie is clear clear, and with the 240hz, there is absolutely not blur, even during soccer games. We feel like we’re lower on the field. The blacks are black, the color is stunning. We have more or less seats that is placed at quite one angle, and even there, the movie is obious. We hooked it increased to our encompass sound system, but although we checked out the sound in front of connecting the encompass sound, we were very pleasantly surprised. It’s outstanding. It was very easy to install up, and the menu system is obious and understandable. It even made our old cds watch so much better. This LG 47LH55 is as good as the more expensive ones, placed at considerably less cost, exceptionally given the amazon price and the discharge shipping.
