I am the owner of A Logitech Squeezebox Thunder and I only love it, so when this product went available I caught it up. The Squeezebox Tuner is reasonably smaller than the Squeezebox Boom, the master difference in size being that this unit has one speaker area on the front equally opposed to two on the larger Boom.
Like its big brother, the Tuner is negro and sleek looking and will form with but near any décor. It is little enough to fit nicely on any counter, table, etc. As of the time of this review, the Wireless is likewise available with a red body and same smutty face.
The exclusively things the Radio lacks that the Roaring has are a two-speaker configuration and a remote control. Only what the Radio has is a nice small colour display. A few weeks back, my Thunder got a firmware upgrade pushed to it, which loaded a Facebook option. I thought this odd, equally I couldn’t see utilizing Facebook on the Boom, equally it is a one color (blue) display and doesn’t onus photos, etc. It’s pretty utilitarian because you can read posting, and you may even scroll your Facebook wall, etc. across the display, eventide when not listening to music. Well, afterwards getting the Radio, I straightaway understand why they added a facebook Logitech Squeezebox Radio Music Player app! The Radio displays your Facebook Wall, Photos, etc. The Squeezebox Wireless rocks!!
